Kelsey LaForest serves as the Client Experience & Operations Coordinator at Eastern Insuring Agency, helping create a seamless experience for both clients and team members. With a background in customer service, office administration, human resources, financial services, and operations, she plays a key role in keeping the agency running efficiently while delivering the personalized service Eastern is known for.

Known for her organization, attention to detail, and positive attitude, Kelsey enjoys supporting clients, assisting the team, and ensuring every interaction reflects Eastern's commitment to exceptional service. She was drawn to Eastern because of its strong focus on relationships, teamwork, and serving the community.

One accomplishment Kelsey is especially proud of is being a retired gestational surrogate, an experience that reflects her compassion and dedication to helping others.

Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, their son, and their Australian Shepherd. Whether hiking, playing disc golf, relaxing in the backyard, or enjoying a quiet evening at home, she values making memories with her family.
